I had an individual plan and then switched to the family plan, and the clowns never bothered to fax it in to their head quarters or whatever. I just spent an hour with them on the phone due to their negligence. now i must fill out more paperwork cuz they wrote my info wrong.I just found a place in astoria where I get a bad connection too.
