How to lose 10 LBS in 1 Month...

Ok... I know quick fix diets are not the way to go. But I have been a bit lazy this summer. Way off my goals and not near the shape I was at last summer. But I have a wedding in a month and I would like to lose about 10 LBS by Oct. 4th...

No need to give me a workout break down...

I can afford about 1/2 hour of cardio per day...

Anyone have a good diet that I could definately reach this goal by the end of the month... I would like to continue losing weight throughout the Fall and winter and be down to 225 by next summer. I am currently about 255.

Break down... I only drink water... With the occasional weekend beer. ( Michelob Ultra... ;) )

I do not have alot of time at work to put things together. So I would need something that I can prepare before I go to work and brown bag it to work...

Breakfast / Snack / Lunch / Snack / Dinner

Give it your best shot...

Thanks...

Looks like the protein/fat diet is what you need.

Consume 200 grams of protein per day and 100 - 200 grams of fats - you are not going for health - so what ever fats you want. Carb intake will be as close to zero as possible. ALA at 2000 mgs per day. Drinks lots of water - like over 2 galloons per day.

Thermogenics if you wish.

the last 7 days will be as follows:

I will keep it relatively simple. Lets say you want to look ripped on a saturday, you will start the saturday before.

Day 1

2 gallons of water

Extremely High amounts of sodium

Low to zero carbs

Day 2-4

Same

Day 4

Zero salt

moderate carbs

1 gallon of water

Day 5

Zero salt

moderate carbs

.5 gallons of water

Day 6

Zero salt

As little water as possible

High carbs

Day 7 - take photos - you will be more shredded than ever before.

You could potentially loose up to 20 lbs with this diet maybe even more. If you are worried about loosing muscle mass, the on saturdays you could carb up to replenish glycogen levels.

Nautica

btw - no flames please - he asked how to loose wieight and I told him - this is not ment to be a perfectly healthy diet - but considering the short time frame, i doubt it will cause any future harm but potentially some lethargy in the present.
