elementx Posted September 5 Report Share Posted September 5 Ok... I know quick fix diets are not the way to go. But I have been a bit lazy this summer. Way off my goals and not near the shape I was at last summer. But I have a wedding in a month and I would like to lose about 10 LBS by Oct. 4th...No need to give me a workout break down... I can afford about 1/2 hour of cardio per day...Anyone have a good diet that I could definately reach this goal by the end of the month... I would like to continue losing weight throughout the Fall and winter and be down to 225 by next summer. I am currently about 255. Break down... I only drink water... With the occasional weekend beer. ( Michelob Ultra... )I do not have alot of time at work to put things together. So I would need something that I can prepare before I go to work and brown bag it to work... Breakfast / Snack / Lunch / Snack / Dinner Give it your best shot...Thanks...
