Codica3 Posted September 17 Report Share Posted September 17 Since we still don't have a solid everyday player in right field we should go stalk Shawn Green and have him play in the Yanks outfield with Bernie and Matsui.. that would be quite a nice outfield both offensively and defensively.. vicman Posted September 17 Report Share Posted September 17 i think they should focus on pitching for next year. that bullpen is starting to get old and their middle relief is pretty bad. clemens is retiring and i think they should let go of wells. that other guy is also pretty bad, whats his name? weaver? middle relief is . . . who do they have for middle relief that is decent? Yeah the bullpen and pitching is definitely what they're gonna be working on..Clemens is going bye bye, Wells might not be coming back, Andy is going free agent next year so he's a maybe, Mussina is a definite (thank God) and Weaver fucking sux. Contrares looks promising but time will tell. Middle relief is hurting right now.. all of them are shaky and can't be relied on heavily.. I guess our best might be Nelly.. next year Karsay should be back (yippee!!!!!!!) and just so long as his injury didn't affect him in a bad way, he will hopefully be solid. Mo is Mo, enough said.But Green was just wishful thinking.. he's locked into a contract in LA and the chances of ever getting him are slim.
