therio Posted September 24 Report Share Posted September 24 In Nj I assume correct?NJ is better than NY. NY is more competitive than NJ. Commissions are less in NY than NJ. I hear NJ is like 4-5% still. jrzcluba Posted September 24 Report Share Posted September 24 im in real estate, business is good rite now, a little competitive as far as commissions go but other then thats its good. i took my license a few years ago at Kovats in Maywood (about a mile and half from the old metro lounge and Garden State Plaza if that helps) the school was great, i passed the state test first shot.....good luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
