Choose Excel from the file types bar.Or be a real man and dump Access and use a real database. thanks...that worked like a charm. i use it cuz it's easy and i didnt need to do anything complicated except oranize some email lists.what do you use? we have pledgemaker here, but it's big, complex and useless for anything i need....
