But I think your favorite wine whether its white or red will go great with whatever you are having.I say have the wine you enjoy the most!! dgmodel Posted September 27 Author Report Share Posted September 27 yeah that is the general rule... however somebody on here (i think tunnelbandit) told me that that rule has gone out the window in the past few years where many chefs dont follow it any more... however pork is white, so i should go with white, but stuffing is hearty and deserves red... like turkey no???next question after that is reccommend a wine~!?
