yeah that is the general rule... however somebody on here (i think tunnelbandit) told me that that rule has gone out the window in the past few years where many chefs dont follow it any more... however pork is white, so i should go with white, but stuffing is hearty and deserves red... like turkey no???

next question after that is reccommend a wine~!?
