igloo Posted September 29 Report Share Posted September 29 First the U.S., then Britain, now Italy........and all are using similar excuses and fingers of blame...I am not one for conspiracy theories, and I have not read anything that said this could be cyberterror......but at this point, it does seem to be chalking this up to a coincidence a bit of a stretch now...Tales of trees falling down is Switzerland, causing an overload in France, which in turn wipes out Italy........An absolute falsehood about lightening strikes at the Niagara Power Plant causing NY to lose power..........I forgot what the blame for the U.K. was, but I do remember it was laughable......Can cyberterrorism be ruled out?....Experts claim AL Qaeda does not have the capacity to execute such a cyber strike, and for these power outages to occur, a powerful physical strike would have to occur....But I do know the govt spends billions on counter-cyberwarfare, and is under attack every day, and that plenty of books on Al Qaeda talk about their desire to launch cyberterrorism....Just wondering if anyone else was starting to have doubts......or perhaps I should leave the conspiracy theories to the leftists Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
