avocado, olive oils, fish oils, flaxseed oil - all contain CIS unsaturated fats. Versus saturated or trans-unsaturated fats.

What this means is that the CIS-isomer has a double bond between the carbs which does not allow it to stack like saturated or trans unsaturated fats; therefore, it is liquid even at lower temperatures.

Not only to cis fats not clog arteries but that also help clearing them by attaching to the present fats in the body and removing them.
