origskeemr Posted October 2 Report Posted October 2 I would have just PM'd you but just like my diet & lifting I am gettin lazy.First off I am gunna start off wit I have no clue about dieting (just basics) but not all the tech stuff. I want to shread the fuck up and dont wanna be lazy like most of the other people that lift and let themselves go because it's winter. I feel that I worked way to hard to get where I am at to loose it now. My question is if you have any time can you tell me what I should and can eat to shread up (not loose weight). Here is my eating habits:Breakfast: Shake w/ banana, and I eat a chicken wrap or grilled chicken san (if I remember to take it before class)Lunch: Steak, Tuna Melt, or Grilled Chicken San (I know the bread is bad) with shakeIn between meal: Salad w/ chopped up hard boiled egg, cut up chicken, cheese, avocado, and dressing (ital or french).Dinner: Grilled Chicken or Steak (whateva I feel like having but nothing else) with shake*I eat steak like twice a day* lolAren't I suppose to add some things in here and take some out. I never really got into goin crazy and calculating serving sizes and shit, but if thats what it takes to shread up then so be it. Also the shakes I take are N-Large. I know everyone rags on it but it helps me a lot with my protein and showed me the best results so far. I use to take Andro-poppers but I heard that they come up on steriod tests (I dont do steriods and never will) so I decided to stop taking them. If you want to recomend stuff feel free. I also started to run 3x a week with 5 lb. dumbells for about 15 on the treadmill. I lift 5x a week (sometimes 4) with pretty much heavy lifting due to fear of loosing size for an hour a day. I'm 5'11" 190 lbs. I dont care if I gain a lil more but I dont wanna be a house (my preference) but I def dont wanna loose any weight. I'm pretty much content were I'm at but I'm always looking for improvement. I want the lil lovehandles I have to go away and I want the cuts that lead to the groin and a full 6 pack. The whole 9!!! It is a fact that you will loose weight while burning fat. But the more shredded you get - the bigger you will look. You may not feel that way - but trust me - if you take your shirt off and your are ripped and 180 lbs - you will look much much bigger than if you were fat and say 215 lbs. If not then I dont mind taking them or any supplement that helps me (I heard Mag-10 was good). I'm not an athlete but I do play sports for fun and just to stay in shape. I dont lift for competition but rather for myself (stay in shape, hobby, and etc.)About the diet: I dont care how my diet is as long as it works. I dont mind tuna, steak, fish, and grilled chicken. However, I was told to eat rice and other foods that I usually do not consume due to the fact I thought it was bad. That is why I was asking you about how my diet should be. I'm assuming I would rather have the high protein, low carbs, and low fat diet. Then again may know better.I was told to run with dumbells cause it cuts up your arms as well when you run:confused: However, tomorrow I plan on purchasing a jumprope.Thank you agian Quote

If they actually did convert then you would basically be taking steroids - if they do not convert then you are wasting your money. There are some major misconceptions when it comes to "cutting up". You must Lift weights to build muscle. The "cutting up" look comes from your diet and cardio - NOT ANY TYPE OF WEIGHTS.For example - a 350 lb power lifter - is extremely cut up - but it is under many layers of adipose tissue. If he were to keep lifting weights the same way - but change he diet and cardio - He would then be cut up.If you have ever seen Lee Priest in the off season you would understand what I am talking about. He is a fat peace of shit - if you dont believe me ask him. He still has the same muscle shape and definition in the off season but it is covered up. When it gets time for a competion - his lifting is the same - but he changes his diet and cardio. And there is nobody in the world (IMO) that is more cut up at competition time than Lee.So give up the dumbells and save the arms for the weights. I think I'm gunna still drink but like once a week. However, I'm gunna see how it is for a month with drinkin a lil because I dont really drink beer just hard shit. Like you said I cant slack on cardio and its sumptin I have my mind set on so I will def do it. If I use it properly then I shouldnt have a problem but I will see cause I havent really done drugs in 2 years. I guess since they sold G over the counter before it cant be that bad as long as you moderate. Quote

Also before drinking - take around 500 mgs of R-ala.and remember the next morning - even if you have a hang over - you must get right back on the diet.Drinking also decrease protein synthesis - but that is another issue.Nautica Quote
