They have since rusted and been taken down.-Prohibition was created and repealed-15 presidents were elected. -Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Oklahoma, and New Mexico were admitted to the Union.-women got the right to vote-George Burns celebrated his 20th, 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th, 90th, and 100th birthdays.-world war I, world war II, korea, vietnam, the 2 gulf wars-the rise and fall of communism Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought that one sounded wrong, remembered something about every 70some years and last was mid 80s., . . looked it up and "Comet Halley was visible in 1910 and again in 1986. Well i was going to go digging in the closet for some new material but i couldnt get in there because Piazza hasnt come out of it yet...
