Help me cook my TURKEY!!! PLease

They usually have directions on the package that let you know how long and at what temperature to cook it for based on the weight. I always cook mine with foil wrapped over it for the 1st half, that way the juices are locked in and the turkey stays moist. It also preserves more drippings to make gravy with. You should baste (pour the juices over the bird) it every hour (both while it's in and out of the foil.) This should make for a moist, juicy turkey and all you have to do is add flour water to the drippings to make gravy - YUM!
