dangeresque
I've been lurking around this forum for a little while and am impressed by everyone's expertise so I thought I'd ask a question in hopes that someone can help!A couple months ago I started working out again after having stopped for about a year or so. I use free weights along w/ machines and have noticed that my joints tend to ache after a good workout, especially my elbows. I think my form is pretty decent, so what could be causing this? Could this be due to releasing the weights too fast? The joint aches go away after a day or so, I just want to be sure I am not injuring anything. Any thoughts are appreciated! mrtiddles
i feel your pain...joint pain can come from a number of thingsDid you ever play any high school / college high-impact sports?Any injury's? I take Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM by Trace Minerals ResearchIt rebuilds cartilage in between your joints. I found that it works very well, and significantly reduces joint pain
