Staying in the lower number streets in where everything is located. I'd recommend the Marlin hotel, it's pricey but it's great. They have lots of parties there and a good variation of djs. Sites like Expedia offer cheap deals for a week's stay including airfare. The past 2 years we spent 500 bucks for round trip tix and a week's stay at a decent hotel right in the middle of everything.
