I was going up 270 around 5:00 AM and this guy rear ended me while I was going 60. I hadn't even hit the brakes. This guy was just going full speed and must've been drunk or something. Anyhow, he left his car there and ran away! Police caught him. But it turns out he doesn't have insurance, so my insurance has to cover it. My car is pretty close to being totaled. I think they might eek out the repairs under the limit, but it's getting close.Moral of the story is, don't drive around Taco Bell's closing time. Yeah, although not so soon. I wasn't hurt, but I had a little back pain so I went to the hospital and got some painkillers. I'm not sure if I want them to total my car. On the one hand, it'd be nice to get a new car. On the other hand, I just got finished paying off my car and it'll suck to have to take on a car payment again so soon. I'm looking at the X3 too. You definitely should get it totaled if possible, use some of it for a downpayment. I just got a new 3 series, last week, can't wait to drive it when I get home. I never wanted to be a BMW driver or that whole BMW thing, but I must say it's fine car when it's loaded and fun to drive.
