i rarely do... but not because its tainted or unhealthy simply because i do not like the taste... not sure if its like that around you guys but around here the water has a metallic taste, and comes out greyish... i dont care for that... just me though... fiji water and brita...

it funny this topic came up... I teach seminars on lead paint and lead in drinking water... Did you know that federal regulations regarding drinking water are more stringent for municipal water supply than they are for bottled water suppliers? Municipal water suppliers have to inform customers when the lead content reaches 5 parts per billion... bottled water is allowed to have 10 times that amount 50 parts per billion.. Municipal water also contains trave amounts of flouride which we all know is good for you teeth... bottled water doesnt have it. NYC tap water comes from various sources ... mostly in the adirondacks and is acually better than most bottled water... people who cmplain about the taste are usually not letting the water run long enough... or have really old plumbing in their house...
