Then put it in the over at 400, cook until it begins to brown on the outside. Then slice the sausage up.Julian the peppers (cut into strips) and do the same with some onions if you'd like. In a sautee pan, add a thin coating of olive oil. Dump in the peppers and onions, brown them up as well. Be sure to lower the flame once you get started so you dont burn them and get them stuck to the pan.Combine the sliced sausage and peppers into an aluminum pan. If you would like, add a nice marinara type of sauce. Mix it up. Reheat in the over before you are ready to serve it and you're good to go.
