Dee Phunk Posted February 19 Report Share Posted February 19 After years of supremacy as a source of nightlife culture in clubbing meccas such as New York and Miami, it was an obvious step toward global nightlife dominance to expand into the WINDY CITY. Leading Clubplanet Chicago is Scott Jenkins, whose clubbing days can be traced back to Shelter and Karma along with the birth of Chicago house music. At an early age, Scott become enchanted by the underground music culture and the glitz and glamour of the nightlife industry. So when Clubplanet wanted to become ingrained into the Chicago nightlife scene and decided to take the leap into the Midwest Scott was the clear candidate. For the past two years, Scott has worked at Chicago Scene where he participated in some of the largest nightlife events this city has ever witnessed. These include annual events like the Deadman’s Ball Halloween (at both the W Hotel and Crobar Chicago), 4th of July, Memorial Day and of course the biggest and best New Year's Eve at the Drake and Westin hotels.
