RICHBURG WASHINGTON POST MADRID -- Spaniards voted yesterday to remove the party of Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar from power, apparently blaming his staunch backing of the U.S.-led war in Iraq for the bombing attacks that killed 200 people Thursday.
