I don't think promotions are that big in Philly to tell you the truth..if your 21 and over you go to the Old City area.. Most places don't charge covers, so you can bounce around until you find a good spot.. Try Bleu Martini or 32degrees.. afterhours Emerald City is defintely the place to be.. Lounge 125 is a very nice, classy setting with some of the best dj's Philly has to offer..Oh yea, they also have an open bar every sat from 9 till 11!Don't forget! Lounge 125 has the only open bar in old city this and every saturday from 9 till 11.. W/ djs ChrisBee and MN BLounge 125 is the only after hours venue in old city w/ doors open from 9 till 3:30 every friday and saturday. Serving drinks till 3:00 am $10 Open bar 9 till 11 every sat..
