Self Improvement

So, since ive actually been sticking to my resolution this year (going to gym regularly), i think ive decided to stop a bad habit of mine - cracking bones :worry:

i crack my neck, upper and lower back, ankles, thumb, fingers, wrists, knees, elbows, and shoulders...when i crack my shoulder its LOUD. Loud like people in the gym stop what theyre doing and stare at me to make sure i didnt dislocate my shoulder

anyone else doin anything to "improve" themselves?

...nope....i'm perfect!...i've decided to be more vocal towards other people's stupidity...like this woman that paid in nickels the other day at rite aid and then asked if she could cash in a roll of quarters...she kept apologizing to the cashier but i eventually corrected her and said, "Why dont you apologize to me and the people online for having to wait for you?"...lol..

..idk...i was told:

1) you can develop arthritis in your joints

2) you can actually chip small pieces of bone into your blood stream...those could eventually build up somewhere on your body when you get older...

...so i heard...but i crack everything...neck, fingers, back, penis...everything...
