Here is a hypothetical situation:I have about 20 dealers that I'm friends with. They almost all get if from different sources: Cali, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, CT, etc... They are ALL dry. Since they are all dry, the people who had stocked up, or in one of my friend's cases, had gone on vacation, realized that there was a shortage out there. When they went to sell their product, there was a riot. Everybody was desperate for it. Where it usually, whent for under $5,500 for a case, someone else offered $7,000. My friend wasn't gonna lose out money, so he decided to sell for more money. Then a crackhead came along, and offered $9,500. Why? Becuase he hadn't had K in a week, was feening, and knew that he could sell indiviuals for almost double that price. So my friend sold it for $9,500. That's over $65 a lick. Then the crachead turned that around and started selling the case out. He offered 50 licks at $80, and idivual licks at $100. He sold out within 3 hours. Now he's crying because he didn't save enough for his own personal use. That is how supply and demand work.Now, in NO way, am I saying any of this happened. Because all that would have been highly illegal, and I in no way condone illegal activities. As you know in THIS business there isn’t Better Business Bureau, the sale is final no returns or store credit. And on top of that there is no price protection plan, if you overpay it's your pain.
