coachjames Posted April 23 Report Share Posted April 23 Woo-hoo! I'm so excited! I just got hired as a promoter at State!!! Only took me two months of pestering the poor guy until he finally caved! I know for a lot of people this might not be a big deal, but since I'm a still a relative newcomer to the area, I think it's pretty cool. I know it's rare to get a break in this town.So, I am promoting Saturdays right now. State is this beautiful new club on Lincoln Rd between Washington and Collins, convenient to everything.I am starting this very Saturday, so just email me for complimentary entry before midnight. james@uncommontimes.com. It's a nice place that is kind of a combination of a big dance club and a comfortable lounge.This Saturday we have Pierre Zonzon upstairs and Carlos Soulman and DJ Epps downstairs. It's a great place to stop by after you've had dinner at one of the many restaurants on Lincoln (my favorite is Nexxt).So, hit me up if you can make it out and I'll get you on the list!
