It's some "reputation" thing where you can click it, post positively or negatively on a certain post. For testing purposes, I clicked on Xlr8td's reputation and wrote he was a douche, for no good apparent reason. ( I don't think you're a douche FYI) I can forsee this reputation thing becoming fun in a way, if it's like ST's point's system in anyway.
