To Germans and Dutch, nudity is normal ... what do you think?

Is there any difference between States, Counties and cities in the United States requiring people to cover their genitals and breasts, and Fundamentalist Islamist regimes such as Afghanistan forcing women to wear burkas? Consider the facct that some people may be offended by public nudity (yet they may be offended by other things as well, perhaps uncovered legs), and also, if you were naked at the beach and gave someone a hug, your breasts or penis would press right into them........ which perhaps only proves how prudish we are about sex, or maybe you shouldn't give hugs naked. I did hear that it is legal to sunbathe topless in NY County. It does seem that in other parts of the world they are more free.
