Two versions are available: The 2100 pound Streamliner (the red one) or the 1930 pound Clubman (the race version...the silver one). They are based upon a Holden platform....and use the Gen III 5.7 liter Corvette V8. Here, the engine has 320hp and 340 lb-ft of torque. Both cars use 6 speed manual trannys. The body is made with aluminum.Final production versions are expected to be a 1/2 inch higher off the ground and have somewhat normal windshields with either fabric or metal roofs.prices start at $44k (austrailian dollars. In US dollars it comes to $31k)So far, Elfin is planning export to Europe. No US plans.
