I think human brain is most receptive to learning between the ages 12-16. Too bad at that age we're still kids and don't know what we're doing, so meeting your potential becomes mostly dependent on the environment you were put it. I think so much talent remains underdeveloped for those who happen to be in an atmosphere which does not encourage growth.------------------Don't forget to fly...
