marcid21 Posted August 18 Report Share Posted August 18 So I've been going to the gym pretty hardcore the past 6 months or so...but the past two or three weeks I've noticed my appetite has nearly doubled.I'm eating well, just a lot more.I realize this is normal, as metabolism speeds up and muscles crave the nourishment...but do any of you have experience with this? ovrdose Posted August 18 Report Share Posted August 18 i def see my appetite go through the roof when im lifting heavy and not cutting. i think once your body gets used to more food it kinda just stays that way. when im cutting and i have a bigger than usual meal i can feel it right away, i feel like my stomach is about to burst. but when im just eating normally and lifting hard i eat a lot more in general and can down much bigger portions in one sitting. as long as you're working hard and still within reasonable caloric intake go for it.
