My U.K. review

I went to the U.K. for an extended weekend. I'll have to say that although its expensive as hell, it's a very cool and cultured city. I did the whole sightseeing thing and was able to hit some clubs. Thanks to Shady for recomending Turnmills, had a blast. Now if I can find some more Fish and Chips over here, I'll be set.

hopefully you didn't get lost in the tube like shady did. even though his hotel was 1 block away from the station.

i really want to go back to London sometime soon.

Glad to hear you had a good time Pat! I'd love to go to London sometime. I've only ever been over to Dublin. Drank myself silly!

yup. he went to plastic fantastic and got lost on his way back to his hotel. he came out the wrong exit of the station and didn't know where he was so he went back in and rode the train for an hour or so before getting off on another station and walking back to his hotel, later found out that he had taken another exit at the station and he was 1 block from his hotel.

pat- you only went to London or did you go to other places as well?

The tube was easy to figure out cuz I was on the main Picadilly line and pretty much didnt get off that one line, kinda like the red line. Unfortunatley since it was only a 4 day trip I couldnt make it to amsterdam or France..
