i just took a yoga class for the 1st time... (i took one years ago but i dont even remember it)


my back, my arms, everything is sore as hell from all the stretching and shit that they do in that class.... felt SO good. If you havent tried it, try it! I didnt think it was gonna be as difficult as it was... :aright:

definitely going again next saturday morning :)

im adding in different ways to engage my body... yoga felt great and i feel it will, in time, greatly increase my flexibility and posture along with toning and strengthening my body in ways that are completely different than weight training... im adding it to my workout schedule because im getting bored and just looking to change it up and do different things for my body.
