funeralhome Posted December 8 Report Share Posted December 8 well.. i read an article today about the rockefeller drug laws being reformed.. pataki is signing a new bill that will change the maximum sentence from 15 - 25 to 8 - 20 years.. nonviolent drug offenders will be offered treatment and they are doubling the amounts of substance when caught to be qualified for the harshest offenses..
