Florida State law allows you to request a hand re-count if your margin of victory or loss falls into a certian percentage. This is all Gore has been asking for since day one. It took a court of law to get this done. Maybe the question should not be is Gore a bitch. The question should be why is Bush so concerned about a recount? If were the winner , and someone questioned my win I would want to prove to them that I won.
