NOT IN USE Posted January 28 Report Share Posted January 28 A couple days ago..the supreme court ruled 6-2 (chief justice was not present) that Police can use drug dogs to search cars even during routine traffic stops, where no probably cause was present, such as running a stop sign, failure to use a blinker, etc...the case stems from a guy caught going 6 miles over the speed limit and because (he says) he was a minority, the cop called in a drug dog, who subsequently found some weed...like seriously, what happened to the 4th amenedment and privacy....This issue barely made the main section of the paper...it seems like we are losing our rights and nobody seems to care Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
