andwhysee Posted November 29 Report Share Posted November 29 convertibles are higher in insurance. it really doenst make any sense to drive a convertible, it's less comfy, more likely to be stolen, it's also noiser, less smoother and alot more dangerous(in case the car rolls over)it really doesnt' make anysense if u live in the northeast. roly99 Posted November 30 Report Share Posted November 30 Yep...NJ Screws ya good...I live in NJ too, but my rents have a house in PA. I have a 2000 Eclipse GT and insurance is only $1000 a year.
