Known in circles of Detroit and around

the globe for her ambition and skills on the tables, Michelle Herrmann

a.k.a. Punisher has set a precedence in a city known for it's fickle

taste. Her birth into the techno realm began in Detroit in 1993

at the age of 15. In 1996 she put out her first two releases on

Detroit label Matrix records and then in 1998 , she started her

own label , Seismic Records with a friend and fellow producer Mike

Brickner a.k.a. Cozmic Spore.

Submerge has a style that cannot be duplicated,

capable of 3 tables, spin backs, scratches, beat juggling etc. Already

playing abroad from Europe, Canada, Mexico, Asia, and all over the

United States. He is now working on producing and completing his

CD, Orlando is also a member of Another Level.

Mani continues his production work and

experiments with crossing Techno and Bhangra, but you may be able

to catch him for a live performance or even a DJ set now and then.

His production work will see heavier overtones of Indian culture

and sound. He will be seen on a variety of domestic and international

labels and throughout Indian media and pop culture.

V!J4Y is a classically trained musician

with intense DJ sets with the Cycloops. His unique DJ skills get

crowds moving all over. This year he has been tearing up dance floors

weekly at various clubs around Chicago. He has developed his tekno

skills to a point most DJs don't achieve. V!J4Y is well respected

in the Chicago tekno scene as he is always giving his all.</td>

The space is filled with a plush chill-out area, fully stocked bar,

and great sounding, well lit dance floor/listening area.

Doors will open at 8 pm, and a limited food menu is available along

with an open turntable session (bring your own needles). The scheduled

artists will perform generally from 10pm-2am, and the food will stop

being served around 1:15 am.

Door money will be used to provide fresh new djs. If you really have

no money and your soul draws you to this event, then an exception can

be made. Please do remember that overseas talent is soon to be brought

to town, and the more support we get, the sooner this will happen.
