my self and biz partner steven klimaski , are looking to rent out a room in our very large , nice house in the south west, the house is 2,500 sq ft, 3 car garage

and we have a spare room we need to rent out, ,a little about us,,,we own viphookup..llc , i am dj vegas vibe, we work in the night club scene here in vegas , we know how to party , but also when, the house is dope , we have a slammin dj set up and recording studio , a full blown office, and a stripper pole & stage in the living room , so it is a fun house to live in , rent is $ 500 and that includes full use of the house, and all utilities,,,room is available asap
