funketeer
1. Concrete Jungle 2. Slave Driver 3. 400 Years 4. Stop That Train 5. Baby We've Got A Date (Rock It Baby) 6. Stir It Up 7. Kinky Reggae 8. No More Trouble 9. Midnight Ravers This is the first album Bob Marley and The Wailers recorded for Island Records, label owner Chris Blackwell gave the band some cash not knowing if he would see them again, Bob, Bunny and Peter were rude boys from Trenchtown who made a living selling ganja and cutting hits for Jamaican radio...as it turns out, Blackwell liked the first version of Catch A Fire but being the visionary that he was, he took the masters to London and had two of his producers "americanize" the sound of the record by overdubbing funky moogs and basicly sweetened all tracks adding reverbs and echoes and such, both versions are available...the raw, original jamaican recording is my favourite...I had the one below in vinyl

raincry
Ok, so. IMO Pink Floyd - Dark side of the moon is the best Non-mixed album ever track for track. I don't think I can even listen to single tracks off of it, I can only pop the whole thing in and listen to it as one very long track. So whats yours?that's mine too ....and the wall....it's really hard to top those...i also like:led zepplin ivpeter gabriel - passion (soundtrack for the last temptation of christ)pearl jam - tenNIN - pretty hate machine

sotuorlando
I also agree that all the U2 cd's are the greatest albums of all time, but a close second for me has to be Pearl Jams epic "TEN"!!! Classic!!!
