Dan Welton - Dan Welton was born in Switzerland in 1975. Growing up in an artist’s family, he was always involved with music and as a child he followed his dad for all his hippy gigs, TV shows and showcases. During his teenage years, Dan fell in love with electronic sounds, and covering the Acid house phenomenon and listening to acts like Prodigy, The Shamen and Depeche Mode. The next step was then to buy his first set up and a whole bunch of tunes to start experimenting with the groove. The first style he embraced was something between progressive and psychedelic trance but then, he became totally addicted to all kind of house music with his first trip to Ibiza in 1999 and never went back.

After some years of spinning Records as a DJ around Switzerland, Dan decided that it was the time for creating his own music and he began to make sexy, dirty deep tracks mixing his eclectic influences.

His first release on Dorigen Music called “Higher Love†(2004) received a huge support from the international scene. Since then, Dan has signed several other tracks and remixes on Adjust Recordings (his “Lisopain†tune even went to No 2 in the Beatport most downloaded tracks), Fragile Recordings (Murk played his Foot Therapy track during their last Essential selection on BBC radio 1), Source of Gravity, Helvetica Recordingz and Twisted frequencies.

His productions have already been supported and/or charted by djs like Layo & Bushwaka, Laurent Garnier, Satoshi Tomiie, Hernan Cattaneo, Ralph Falcon, Tony Thomas, Chris Cargo, Chris Salt, Anthony Pappa, Terry Francis, Dj Nukem, Dave Mothersole, Terry Francis, Pako & Frederik, David Lara, Dj Paulo, Red & Blue, Danny Graham, Kazell and got airplay on cool radio shows like BBC Radio 1, Ministry of sound radio and Kiss FM to name but a few.

As a DJ he now plays his own individual blend of tribal, tech dirty-kinky house at some of his country's leading underground clubs and he just starts his own club night called “SHOVE†that is an awesome way to promote the sound and the djs he’s really into!

With some serious solo and collaboration projects ongoing it seems that it just the beginning for him so stay tuned.

Paul Bowen - At a young age Paul has hit many stepping stones in his music career, starting out back in 98, playing in local bars and clubs he is known for his tough progressive / tribal groves.

Over the past few years things have started to move on both with DJ’ing and production side of things. Paul is currently resident/Co promoter for a well known quality underground night *riffraff, working along side section 75 from source of gravity records.

The night is a monthly event situated in the home town of Middlesbrough, presenting some of the biggest names in the progressive house scene, and is sponsored by Source of Gravity Records & Adjust Recordings.

In between his monthly event Paul also runs a sub night called *riffraff sessions also based in Middlesbrough, The night was created for up and coming DJ’s giving them a chance to shine and play in front of a small crowd.

Production side Paul is teamed up with Section 75 producing together as *riffraff. They got together early this year in the studio, and since then they have produced a number of tracks featuring Zombie in my Radio – Adjust Recordings, which reached number 34 in the american pool chats, Spirits from the Tide – CP Recordings, Dan Welton’s Lisopain (riffraff remix) – Adjust Recordings, and also just finished a King Charles remix Parallel Universes – Currently getting support by the like of Dave Seaman which his on his latest compilation on Audio Therapy.

On the flip side Paul is Dj'ing around euroupe gathering dates in switzerland , Scotland and Ibiza along side section 75, Paul Bardsley, and Jupiter Ace - well known producer who produced 1000 years which hit the top 20 early this year.

Paul is also manager/owner of Intense Promotions, working with artists such has Section 75, Paul Lancaster, Chris Sterio, Red and Blue, Dan Welton plus more.

And in 2006 the Intense Promotions artist tour will be under way with dates booked in the US, Switzerland, scotland and a number of promotions in the UK.

With Paul’s good understanding of music and technical ability both behind the decks and in the studio you will be seeing a lot more from this guy.
