Last we heard, Twilo, the early '90s NYC dance and prance outpost, was opening in what is quickly becoming clubland proper -- downtown. Also on their way, eventually: another NYC import, Sound Factory, the long, long awaited Karu & Y, and over near Brickell, a place called Brick.
