But when you're 17 and standing outside the ropes of Mansion filled with equal parts awe and envy, aging can be a most welcome process. The most common question we get at Velvet is ''Where are the clubs for 21 and under?'' While we know of a few places -- SoHo Lounge and I/O among them -- what we really want to know is, what's the rush?
