Days before Oct. 31, my mom would stock the kitchen cabinets with millions of miniature 3 Musketeers bars, enormous amounts of M&M's and tons of Twizzlers. We had enough candy in our house to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner but come Halloween, the cupboards were bare.
