Just ask the people behind Skin, the long-running, risqué traveling party celebrating its seventh anniversary Saturday night with 7th Heaven, a South Beach-meets-Caligula sort of event at Afterglo, 1200 Washington Ave. We're sure they'd welcome Brit with open arms if she could attend. Ironically, there is a dress code that's strictly enforced -- but we're thinking when it comes to Skin, if you're overdressed, you won't be allowed in.
