Felix_Leiter Posted April 25 Report Share Posted April 25 being the resident croatian sensation that you are you know anything about Kali/uglijan sp?one of my boys has a house there and were going there for a lil vacation this summer anything around that part of the adriatic??lets just put it this way..all the italian fishermen in the adriactic sneak into the croatian side and steal our fish because of the higher quality water.ive never been to that exact island but all coastal areas (especially near zadar) are beautiful..we have a summer home on an island in the adriatic, it is seriously surreal. you will have a great time. the women are amazing and they love americans.just make sure you take a trip to dubrovnik, you cant go to croatia without seeing dubrovnik.. rent a car and drive down. Its funny i asked his father how big the property is .. he says in a thick yugo accent "I dunno from that olive tree to that olive tree" it looks amazing!!
