As Milon rings in another year, Mansion will debut its face-lift featuring a completely redesigned dance floor with brand new layout, redesigned furniture and, according to Opium's spin master Vanessa Menkes, ''some special design surprises for Mansion's three-year anniversary.'' Three years? It feels like a lifetime of debauchery, and in club years, it really is.
