weyes Posted June 5 Report Share Posted June 5 when showing an apartment to a prospective new tenant, first impressions are everything. while it may seem like one can excuse a messy place by saying, "it doesn't usually look like this," "imagine these boxes gone," "i'll clean it soon," or something like that, it is what the visitor first sees that stays in his/her mind. if one is trying to rent out/sell his/her home, s/he should wait until s/he can get it presentable before, well, presenting it to others!tune in tomorrow.
