cpnews Posted September 3 Report Share Posted September 3 Last week, DBTH had the opportunity to head to PDT for an intimate cocktail tasting with proprietor Jim Meehan to sample several cocktails featuring Gran Centenario tequila. While tequila was the main event, we also had the chance to pick Jim's brain about cocktails, PDT, and what ingredients have him really excited for the upcoming fall menu at PDT. One drink we tasted, the Fresa Verde, will be featured on said menu, and features Centenario Plata, fresh strawberries, green pepper, lime juice and pommegranate syrup.
