Shocking. Now Schnore is suing the bar over the injuries he sustained when he fell off the mechanical animal. According to his attorney, Utah's staff "pumped it up until he could throw him. That to us is an assault and battery." To us, it's called the point. We expect this to be settled at some point, and have to question Schnore's decision to call the papers about it.
