cpnews Posted October 13 Report Share Posted October 13 We haven't heard much from the corner of Spring and Broadway in the past few month. No celeb sighting, no fights, no flyer follies. Nothing. Then a Little Birdy reported, "I've been to Upstairs above Cafe Bari three times in the last two weeks and it's always locked and closed". Our friends at the Bloc Group issued a no comment, but word on the street that the entire concept is getting a redo, and the team will be unveiling it sometime in the next few weeks.
