Iain recalls a particularly painful hangover of his own, in which he dealt with "a migraine, blurred vision, liquid bowels, and shakes that started at my fingertips and reached to my elbows." Liquid bowels - yummo. The suggested rememdies are more of the same, and of course the winner is good old fashioned water. Didn't Ted Allen already tell us this?The more you know . . .More...
