We are in the thick of Meyer Lemon season, giving professional and home mixologists a window of opportunity to use a delicious and now in season ingredient in your favorite cocktails. We have found the lemons on sale at Whole Foods for $2.99/lb (~3 lemons), and have been using the sweeter, less acidic citrus fruit in a variety of drinks.
