So the Imperial has decided to turn its business model upside down in an attempt to attract some new talent into its operation. Management has introduced "a new “Profit Sharing” program that benefits our immediate family of employees, and not outside promoters", with the hope that Profit Sharing "demonstrates our intense loyalty to employees who ‘go the extra mile’ in helping the Club to be an even greater success, at a time when economic incentives are even more important."Sounds intense.
